Who we are

We are a friendly approachable bunch of people with over 15 years experience within the graphic design and digital industry. We are hard working, have an honest down-to-earth and transparent approach. We are not your typical agency! This attitude and experience helps us get results far beyond the brief and ensures our clients return to 3mil again and again....

We are made up of three partners who cover the core areas of a creative design agency - Creative Director, Director of Client Services and Technical Director.

Below the partners sit our team of top freelance designers, illustrators, developers, copywriters and photographers in the industry. This gives 3mil the flexibility to match individuals to projects that best suit their skills and experience. Our clients can be safe in the knowledge that they have the best in the business working throughout every stage of their projects.

We work across many industry sectors and have clients ranging from business to business enterprises, technology companies, public sector organisations, to SME’s and sole traders/start up businesses.
