Overview
SME Needs officially launched in March 2011. The company provides marketing consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses (hence the company name) in the South East of England.
Objective
Nigel wanted to ensure that he kept in touch with the network he had built up over the years and ensure they knew what he was now doing. When they then wished to review their marketing, or knew someone else who did, he would be the first person they called.
Solution
3mil designed an email newsletter template and provided a delivery service that makes it extremely easy for Nigel to keep in touch with his clients and connections. The newsletters now go out about once a month.
Results
Open rates regularly exceed 30% and unsubscribes are rare. The comments about both the design and the content have been extremely positive and Nigel is happy that the newsletter is helping to keep his brand in front of people.
