FAIR PLAY FOR CREATORS MICROSITE - ORIGINALLY CREATED IN RESPONSE TO GOOGLE’S DECISION TO REMOVE SOME MUSIC CONTENT FROM YOUTUBE THE FAIRPLAYFORCREATORS SITE WAS AIMED AT MUSIC CREATORS.

Visit site www.fairplayforcreators.com

Objective

PRS for music wanted to create an online microsite where their members and the public could demonstrate their concern over the way their work is treated by online businesses. The aim of the site was to show the comments from a variety of performers, artists and the public.

Solution

3mil created a brand and built a microsite which focused on creating a community of support for artists and performers. The site also had the ability to evolve into an information hub, thus giving the client the flexibility to utlilise the site post campaign.

The site was briefed with an extremely short deadline and was live within 3 weeks from concept to delivery. Since Fair Play for Creators was launched on 24 March over a thousand creators and consumers alike have pledged their support. Famous artists such as Jools Holand, Guy Chambers and Pete Waterman to name just a few, through to members of the public, press and other music associations. It also received a huge amount of press activity including mentions on various topical radio stations and national newspapers.

Client Comments

"3mil helped us to bring to life our 'Fair Play For Creators' campaign. We were really impressed with how quickly Lorna and the team provided their initial designs and ideas for the campaigns. They instantly understood what we were trying to achieve and reflected it through a clean, eye-catching design with a fantastic logo. The team are a great bunch of people and always bring new ideas to the table. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 3mil because the quality of their work is very high."
